Estate Planning Essentials
Our Estate Planning Essential Package starts at $2600 for individuals and $4800 for married couples, and includes the following documents: pour over will(s), a revocable living trust, advance health directive(s), financial power of attorney, and, as applicable, nominations of guardianship for minor children.
Pro Bono
We provide free and reduced fee wills, nominations of guardianship, advance directives, and financial power of attorney for clients with demonstrated financial need. Schedule a consultation to see if you qualify.
Charitable Giving, Trust Administration & Other Services
Our hourly rate is $425 for Charitable Giving, Trust Administration, and other services, billed in 1/10-hour increments.
The rates listed above are for illustrative purposes only. There are additional fees associated with the transfer of real property, minor’s trusts, and the review of earlier estate plans. These additions can increase total fees by $1000 or more in some cases. During the consultation we will determine whether we are the best fit for your unique estate planning needs.
